This only angers Him, just about to attack again, He gets hit by a car by another Murkoff Employee. When He spots His friend, He immediately charges at them, throwing one across the room, as He picks up another with one arm, seemingly about to rip off His head before being shot on the side of His face. Almost immediately after a character picks up 'Little Pig', Walker returns with more blood on His hands. He likely ripped off their heads as seen in Outlast. As they explore His home, multiple decapitated heads are seen in some of Walker's containers. This is likely why He continuously says 'Little Pig', as His childhood buddy may be 'in danger'. A family photo can be seen, as well as His childhood 'best friend'. Later on, the main characters seem to be entering Walker's residence. This may be why He continuously mummers about security protocol, as His former job in Murkoff seems to be a security guard, or possibly an infiltration unit. Talking with His Murkoff Colleagues, He points out how He had previously contained what looks like a variant. In one scene, He is seen monitoring the security cameras in s security room. UPDATE: As revealed in the first issue of the new outlast comic book series, Walker seemed to be a former Murkoff Employee. Either way, His unstable mental state and habit of collecting heads as trophies proves that is still very far gone, and will kill anything in His path. It is theorized that once He eliminates all potential hosts, He may commit suicide, but this is unknown. He needs to contain the Walrider before it is set lose on the world, and telling the player that He only wants to help. Despite being an extremely violent and lumbering brute, His dialogue reveals that He is somewhat calm, level-headed, and truly wants to do good. Many headless corpses are seen mainly in the administration block, where He is first encountered by the player. This may be in an attempt to contain the Walrider, which Father Martin is trying to set loose upon the world. Walker is responsible for the deaths of various people through the asylum, murdering security and patients alike. He claims that the flesh ripped from His forehead gives Him a 'truer way of seeing', much like lizards and their third eye.

A document states that His 'predominant fixation' is a maniac exaggeration of military security protocol. He is a very large Variant who pursues the player relentlessly, who is much larger and stronger than the other inmates of Mount Massive Asylum.

The issue ends with 'Amen,' and a black ant, part of the Walrider, is shown crawling away. Peacock performs the sign of the cross, portraying Rudolf Wernicke as God the Father, the Walrider as God the Son, and Knoth as the Holy Spirit. This is because imprinting the belief of God into someone works just as well as the imprinting the images used in the Morphogenic Engine into an individual's head, thus creating a new host for the Walrider. Marion wants to know what Peacock wants from him, and Peacock says in a complicated way that the Walrider was drawn to Temple Gate by religion and men wanting to communicate with God. When pushed further about Miles Upshur and Billy Hope, Paul says that Miles is dead, and Billy is dead twice. Paul tells him that it was destroyed by Murkoff. Simon is searching for The Walrider and asks what Paul knows. Paul, meanwhile, has been tied up and interrogated by Peacock at an unknown location. She then states that she wants Marion found, preferably dead for he is dangerous alive. Glick wants him thoroughly psychologically analyzed to figure out what has happened. Next, we see Pauline Glick talking to her underlings and is angry that someone, most likely Simon Peacock, has leaked information to Paul Marion and are unable to find Marion. It then shows that the Radio Towers that are part of the Murkoff facility are being swarmed by ants, who are controlled by the Walrider, and the towers are knocked over and cause an explosion, along with a large emission of light. The beginning shows Sullivan Knoth poisoning the last of his followers before making his way into the church where Blake Langermann is.
